Your CSR is Here to Help You!

If you have any questions regarding the daily procedures of your office (booking a conference room, the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as express mail packages) please talk to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) in your office.  In addition, if you notice anything in your building or office that is out of order or needs repair (ie. copier, printer, fax machine, light bulbs, leaky faucet, or any safety issues), contact your CSR first.   If they are unable to fix it themselves, they will contact the appropriate repair vendor to do so.  Each CSR has been provided with a CSR Manual to give them the tools and resources to better serve our customers - which includes you.   If they are unable to answer your question(s), you can contact the Senior Office Coordinator, Kim Weaver @ x8203 or (909) 447-8203.

NEW Self-Help Option to Reset your GOL Password by Phone (IVR) - Information

 

    You can now call the agency help desk and reset your  GOL password yourself by phone (IVR) without having to speak to a Help Desk Agent in three (3) easy steps:

     

1.      Dial the Guardian Agency Help Desk at 1-800-499-8820

2.      When prompted, PRESS 2 for password reset

3.      Follow the voice activated prompts

     

    The quick and secure system will work from any phone. You always have the option to of saying "AGENT" anytime during your call and you will be transferred to the next available agent.

     

    Results since Rollout:  Over 400 Agency users have successfully used this new feature to reset or unlock their GOL Password without the assistance of a Help Desk agent.

    Since introducing this feature last month, we have received enthusiastic feedback on how much easier it makes the process to reset or unlock your GOL password.
